 Our digital-asset reserve is anchored on Ethereum (ETH), given its broad utility-layer and staking ecosystem. 

 We shall provide regular disclosures of relevant metrics, including:

 Digital-asset holdings are held alongside traditional cash reserves, under oversight of the Board’s Treasury Committee. Changes above a defined threshold will be announced via regulatory channels in line with AQSE rules.

 We maintain digital assets as part of a diversified treasury, not as a trading vehicle. We emphasise long-term value preservation, manage custody-related risks, and avoid speculative leverage.

 We are committed to transparent communication. Any material changes to holdings or allocation strategy will be promptly announced and posted to the Investor Hub.

Cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin) are unregulated in the United Kingdom.  There is a risk of losing money due to risks such as cyber-attacks, financial crime and counterparty failure.  Because Bitcoin is unregulated, the Company is not protected by the United Kingdom’s Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Future changes in regulation or tax treatment may affect the structure or outcomes of the treasury strategy.



Cryptoassets are characterised in some quarters by high degrees of fraud, money laundering and financial crime. In addition, there is a perception in some quarters that cyber-attacks are prominent which can lead to theft of holdings or ransom demands.
